ROUTINE INSPECTION
A follow up inspection will be conducted by 03/10/2026 to verify compliance. The first follow up inspection is free of charge, any and all subsequent follow up inspections shall be charged at the approved hourly rate of $282/hr, minimum of one hour
Walk in cooler's right reach in door is unable to close properly. [CA]: Repair door and ensure it is able to close properly.
Front hand sink and cook line hand sink did not have single use towels in the dispensers. [CA]: All hand sinks shall be provided with single use towels in the dispensers at all times. [COS]: Cook line hand sink was provided with single use towels in the dispenser. [SA]: Roll of single use towels provided at front hand sink. Ensure dispenser is repaired.
*REPEAT VIOLATION* Accumulation of debris/grime on the door handles of drawer coolers at cook line. [CA]: Maintain nonfood contact surfaces clean.
Utensils stored in water near front ice cream measured at 125F. [CA]: Scoops and utensils shall be stored in water at 135F or above.
At the front line, 3 bottles of opened tartar on prep counter sauce measured at 68F. PIC stated tartar sauce were placed on prep counter more than 4 hours prior to measurement. [CA]: Potentially Hazardous Food shall be cold held at 41F or below at all times. [COS]: tartar sauce bottles were voluntarily discarded.
Missing baffle filters/big gap between baffle filters at hood. [CA]: Baffle filters shall be properly installed as to not create any gaps.
*REPEAT VIOLATION* Some tiles in walk in cooler in disrepair. [CA]: Repair/replace tiles and maintain in good condition.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
1) Observed drain pipe under the ice machine extended into the floor sink. [CA] Provide a minimum one inch air gap between the drain pipe and the floor sink rim. 2) In the women's restroom: observed the left faucet was extremely loose/detached. [CA] Repair faucet.
Observed damaged floor tiles in the walk-in refrigerator. In the cooking area, under the handsink: observed damaged metal partition/wall. [CA] Repair areas and keep in good condition to ensure they are easily cleanable.
Observed accumulation of food debris on handles/knobs in the cooking area. Observed accumulation of dust on fan covers inside the walk-in refrigerator. [CA] Keep surfaces clean.
In the cooking area: observed keys stored on prep surface of prep unit. [CA] Store personal items away from food prep areas/surfaces to prevent contamination.
