OWNERSHIP CHANGE INFORMATION Operation start date:12/5/25 NEW OWNER: Erick Giovanny Rivero Mendoza FACILITY NAME: El Toro Mambo Restobar The applicant has completed the change of ownership application process for an Environmental Health Permit. The permit category for this facility is FP14. An invoice for the permit fee in the amount of $1,723.00 will be mailed to the billing address on the application. Payment must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. The owner is responsible for contacting our department if an invoice is not received and remit payment within 30 days. The Environmental Health Permit will be effective: 01/01/2026 - 12/31/2026. This report serves as a temporary permit, however, the permit will be deemed invalid if the permit fee is not paid in full within 30 days from the date of this report. Okay to Operate.     The ambient temperature inside the walk in refrigerator was measured at above 50F. [CA] Refrigeration must be capable of maintaining PHFs at 41°F or below.

    The following Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHFs) were measured at improper holding temperatures at 50F and above: held inside the walk in refrigerator for more than 4 hours : Peperoni, cheese, sour cream, cooked ribs, raw pork, salsa, caldo. held in the steam table : Potato puree (118F), cooked onion (60F ) , sauce (70F).
