ROUTINE INSPECTION
The inside of the ice machine is beginning to have mildew-like growth. [CA] Clean and sanitize the inside of the ice machine.
The quat concentration in the dish washing sink was about 10ppm. [CA] The concentration must be at 200ppm quat. [COS] The employee added more sanitizer.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Remodel was done in the facility. The dish washing sink, hand sink, refrigerators, ice machine, and wall are all new. This is not an all inclusive list. The changes may need to go through our plan check department. Spoke with the owner on the phone regarding this. Owner believes he is not required to go through plan check. I will confirm by 7/30/25 regarding the need for submitting to plan check for this or not.
The wiping cloths are in about 500ppm quat. [CA] The quat must be at 200ppm.
