Per PIC, the kitchen operations are temporarily moving to mobile kitchens starting November 11th until the existing kitchen goes through renovations.
Faucet for wash and rinse compartments at three compartment sink is leaking water when turned on. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.
Observed employee cell phone stored on cutting board on prep unit near cook line. [CA] Employee's personal effects (cell phone, car keys, and jackets) shall be stored in employee lockers or other designated areas for employee storage.
Observed accumulation of dust on walk in cooler fan guards. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
Lack of valid health permit posted in the facility. [CA] The health permit issued by this department shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the food facility.
