1. Rubber seals on the doors of the 2 door undercounter cooler observed misaligned. [Corrective Action] Repair or replace the rubber seals. 2. The handle on the right door of the 3 door open top prep cooler observed broken off and the door does not close properly. The door is held shut by tape. [Corrective Action] Repair the handle so the door is able to shut properly. 3. Observed water leak under the middle compartment of the 3 compartment sink. Observed pitting in the sink. [Corrective Action] Repair to stop the leak or replace the 3 compartment sink.

Observed small container to catch water leak under the sink at the bar. [Corrective Action] Repair the pipe to stop the leak.
