The to go bowls are being used as scoops and kept in the bulk food bins. [CA] Discontinue using the bowl and storing it in the bin. You may use a scoop with a handle and store it with the handle not touching the food in the bin.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
The lighting inside the walk in is very dim. [CA] Please increase the lighting so that all food can be clearly seen.
The wall is broken and has holes in the janitors area. [CA] Repair the broken wall to help keep rodents and insects out of the facility.
Observed the wiping cloths sanitizer not at proper levels. [CA] Keep the sanitizer buckets at proper sanitizing concentrations. [CPS] The towel bucket was emptied and refilled with the proper levels of sanitizer.
