    Upon entering to wash my hands there was not any hot water at the hand sink. The manager stated that they were doing the bimonthly power washing and that may be taking the hot water. [CA] Hot water must reach 100 degrees F at the hand sink and 120 degrees F at the dish sink. [COS] The power washing was turned off and then the hot water was back to 100 at the hand sink and 120 degrees F at the dish sink.

    Observed the floor to have thick accumulation on the floor in front of the tall storage shelves. There are several sauce packets on the floor. [CA] Remove the accumulation from the floor and pick yp the garbage.

    Observed trays stacked wet. [CA] Discontinue stacking the trays until after they are air dried.

    The lighting in the storage area is very dim and a flashlight is needed. [CA] Increase the lighting so the storage area is bright enough for proper cleaning.

    The installed wall mounted sanitizer dispenser is giving sanitizer at more than 400ppm. [CA] The sanitizer shall be at 200ppm quat in the dish sink. [COS] The employee emptied approximately more than half and added the rest with water and then retested at 200ppm.
