Large ice formations on the shelvings in the walk-in freezer under the evaporator. [Corrective Action] Ensure evaporator is properly draining water.
Hot water pressure at the handwash sink in the kitchen is weak. [Corrective Action] Ensure water pressure is adequate.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Observed pooling of water in both reach-in coolers at the service area. [Corrective Action] Ensure water does not pool in the refrigeration units.
Mold like substance observed inside of the ice machine near the ice chute. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and sanitize affected area.
Hot water pressure observed low at the handwash sink in the kitchen. [Corrective Action] Provide adequate water pressure.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Observed smoke throughout kitchen upon entering. Per employee, the exhaust hood was serviced not too long ago. [Corrective Action] Ensure exhaust hood is properly venting out smoke.
