ROUTINE INSPECTION
Note: 1. The school receives food from Mt. Pleasant School District Warehouse daily and serves breakfast from 8:00am - 11:00am and lunch service from 11:00am -12:35pm. Remaining hot PHFs are discarded at end of each service. 2. Food safety manager certificate: Leticia Bautista - 4/24/2030 3. The school has a directly connected two compartment warewash sink which is used for washing of dishes, food preparation, and hand washing. It is recommended to have a designated three compartment warewash sink to wash the utensils, a designated handwash sink for employees to wash hand, and a designated preparation sink which drains into a floor sink. Until these utensils are installed, please use colanders to wash fruits and vegetables in the two compartment sink. 4. According to USDA regulations, schools serving lunch through the School Lunch program must have a written HACCP plan in place. Please keep a copy in the cafeteria.

A couple of wet/soiled wiping cloths were stored on the counters. [CA] Wet/soiled wiping cloths must be stored in a bucket that has standard sanitizer concentration in between use which is 200 ppm quaternary ammonia or 100 ppm chlorine (bleach).

Repeated violation: There is a gap between the screen door and the concrete floor in the back door. [CA] To prevent insect/rodent infestation, please install a weatherstripping on the screen door.

A copy of the most recent inspection report was not posted on a public view. [CA] Copy of the most recent inspection report must be kept on file and should be given to anyone for review upon request.
