    Milk and various types of milk and yogurt beverages maintained inside the merchandiser refrigerator (door 2) measured between 49F to 55F. IR scan of the refrigerator measured temperatures between 50F to 60F. Probe thermometer maintained inside measured a temperature of 50F. [CA] Milk and pasteurized milk products in their originally sealed packaging shall be held at 45°F or below [COS] All dairy products were relocated into the walk-in refrigerator to immediately cool.

Investigate cause and repair in an approved manner.
