Packaged dry foods, cans and single use food containers stored directly below the floor drain waste water pipes within the basement storage room. [CA] All food shall be separated and protected from possible contamination. Food and food contact items shall not be stored directly below waste water pipes.

Observed a dented can on its rim within the dry storage room. [CA] Cans with dents on their rim or seam shall be removed from use. [COS] Can removed for return.

The two compartment preparation sink drain pipe leaks water onto the floor. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

Observed the use of a garbage bag to directly store grapes within the walk in fridge. [CA] Discontinue the use of garbage bags to directly store food. Use food grade approved bags or containers.

Observed drain fly activity within the kitchen. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of non-disease carrying insects, weevils, ants, gnats, and fruit flies.

Observed the build-up of a mold-like material on the wall/ caulking behind the three compartment sink. Caulking is in disrepair. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Repair/ replace caulking.
