The following was discussed with the operator: *unapproved cooking equipment on patio. Remove all remaining pieces of cooking equipment on patio. *2 bars lack 3 compartment sinks. All glassware and utensils at these bars are to be washed rinsed and sanitized at dishstation in kitchen. *provide 1" airgap at food preparation sink in kitchen. *remove liquid hand cleanser dispenser from food preparation sink and replace at hand wash sink.
