1. Observed Vermin: Documented in the following areas:
Fresh droppings were observed throughout the dining room and among wine bottles. Droppings were observed on the server station near the bread toaster. Droppings were found along the floor near the dishwasher. Fresh droppings were observed in th eback storage room along with evidence of nesting in one of the corners near a large glue trap.

1. The guest restroom lacked hot water. No water was supplied when turning the hot water handle.
2. Water at the three compartment sink reached a maximum of 115F.
[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
