    Observed drain pipe from the walk-in cooler is draining into a bucket placed above the floor sink. The bucket is overflowing with liquid waste. [CA] Discontinue the use of bucket to collect from the drain pipe. All liquid waste must drain into a functioning floor sink.

Paper towel dispenser to be repaired.
