FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
On-site to conduct a follow-up to the previous routine inspection (dated 3/25/2026). The following major violations have been corrected: - K06: Inadequate handwash facilities. Observed handwash stations are fully stocked and accessible at the time of inspection. - K13: Food adulterated. Observed food is maintained in good condition and unadulterated at the time of inspection. Confirmed facility has signed pest control contract with Crane for biweekly services as of 4/1/2026. Facility obtained pest control services and treatment for flies, cockroaches, and rodents on 4/2/2026. Observed pest control has installed monitoring traps throughout the facility premises and UV lamps for flies inside the food preparation area. The facility has earned a "PASS" for this inspection. Continue to address remaining violations as cited on the routine inspection report.

Observed several flies in the sales floor of the market and outside dumpster area. No flies observed in the food preparation area at the time of inspection. [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be kept free of vermin.
- K42: Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
Observed several flies and cardboard stored around the dumpster area. [CA] Refuse containers shall be kept clean of debris to prevent buildup of attractants for vermin, and shall be covered at all times when not in use.
