FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

On site for a follow up inspection. Upon arrival, manager mentioned there is no water available in the facility at this time. The water has been shut off for repair. Technician is on site to repair the issue. Facility temporarily ceased and desist all food sales and operations, including food preparation Water issue was repaired and hot and cold water available at sinks in the facility. Facility is ok to continue all operations. Paper towels and soap are available at all hand wash sinks. PHFs measured at 41F or below in both prep refrigerators in cook line area.

OR [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. [COS] PIC will time mark the PHFs to use with in 4 hours from when it was taken out of temperature control until the units are repaired.
