  • K40: Wiping cloths: properly used, stored

    Wiping cloths are out of sanitizer bucket at the time of inspection. Sanitizer buckets are not present within the facility. [CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium).

  • K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean

    Multiple damaged floor tiles noted within the restrooms. [CA] Replace broken floor tiles with a smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable.

  • K30: Food storage: food storage containers identified

    Food noted within the floor of the walk in freezer of the meat department. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.

  • K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures

    PHFs within grab and go refrigeration were measured at 45*F at the time of inspection. Only right side of refrigeration is not meeting temperature. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] Per PIC, technician is on there way to address issue.
