ROUTINE INSPECTION
Note: 1. Food safety manager certificate: Micaela Garcia - 4/24/2030 2. The school gets food products from the Mt. Pleasant School District warehouse. It reheats hot-held, or keep cold the cold-held food products for breakfast, lunch, or after school shifts. Any leftover is discarded after each shift. 3. The kitchen serves lunch to Rising Star School as well. 4. According to the USDA guideline, schools serving lunch through the School Lunch program must have a written HACCP plan in place. Please keep a copy in the cafeteria. 5. The kitchen has three two compartment warewash sinks which all are directly connected to the sewer line. One of the sink is used to wash the dishes while one of the other two double compartment sinks is used for handwashing. It's recommended to install a three compartment warewash sink to wash the dishes and a designated preparation sink to wash produce and fruits which drains into a floor sink.
