Found catering operation at this facility, per owner, the name was "Mame Kitchen" and caters meals to school lunch at Springbridge in Campbell. As of Jan 1, Mame's Kitchen will merge with Tom's Depot as one business entity. Submit a new menu for review and approval. A change in menu requires approval from this department. Facility may need to submit proof of business license and catering contract with school. Will discuss with supervisor on permitting status and requirements. Observed proof of passing food safety manager course on 4/22/24 via email. Ensure certificate is printed or available for review at future inspections.
