ROUTINE INSPECTION
Note: 1. Food safety manager certificate: Quyen Nguyen - 1/28/2031 2. The school receives its food products from the Berryessa School District Central Kitchen, reheat and serve. Any leftover is discarded after shift. 3. The school's cafeteria has two double compartment sinks used for washing dishes, food preparation, and handwashing. It is highly recommended the school has a designated three compartment wain to wash dishes, an indirectly connected sink used for food preparation, and a designated handwash stations. Until the structures are installed, please use one sink shall be used for warewashing while the other shall be used for prepping. For the usage of prep sink, ensure to use either a container, tray, colander or some sort of equipment to store food inside while washing. Facility shall not directly place PHFs inside sink to prevent contamination. 4. According to the USDA guideline, schools serving lunch through the School Lunch program must have a written HACCP plan in place. Please keep a copy in the cafeteria.
