    PHF temperatures inside the counter refrigeration unit range between 43F - 45F. Per PIC, foods were placed in unit this morning frozen. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. Relocate foods to another refrigeration unit. Ensure unit is able to maintain PHFs at 41F or below.

  • K44: Premises clean, in good repair; Personal/chemical storage; Adequate vermin-proofing
