    The had soap dispenser is empty. [CA] The hand soap dispenser must be kept stocked with soap inside. There is not a hand washing sink. A hand washing sink is needed.

    The floors have accumulated debris in the corners and under equipment. The floor in the walk in refrigerator is soiled. The white walls are turning black with accumulation. [CA] Thoroughly clean the floors and walls.
