A routine inspection was conducted with a complaint investigation.
Observed hole in the floor due to broken floor tiles near the back door. [Corrective Action] Maintain floors in good condition.
Observed accumulation of mold like substance in the ice chute of the left self-service soda fountain. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and maintain clean.
Observed back door left open for an extended period of time due to loading in products. [Corrective Action] The back door shall be closed to prevent entry of pest. Discussed installing an air curtain at the back door since the whole load of products are not able to be brought inside of facility.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Observed pink/black mold like substance on interior white panel in the ice machine. [CA] Clean and sanitize equipment regularly.
Paper towel dispenser behind front counter found empty. [CA] Keep dispenser stocked at all times. [COS]
The door for the under coffee refrigerator unit at the front counter is unable to fully close. [CA] Repair the door. Keep equipment in good repair.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
A limited inspection was conducted in conjunction with a complaint investigation.
There was a lack of a soap dispenser at the handwash sink in the men's restroom. Per PIC, the dispenser fell off and they are waiting for a new dispenser to install. [Corrective Action] Ensure handwashing soap is available at all times at the handwash sink. [Suitable Alternative] PIC placed a pump style soap dispenser at the handwash sink.
