Joint inspection and report written by Hayley Mentz Note: Spoke with PIC about permit conditions regarding handwash sink and prep sink and janitorial sink. Per PIC previous inspector said building meets retro-activity, discussed with operator that when there is a change of ownership or major remodel that facility will need to be brought up to current code requirements. Charcoal grill and griddle and deep fryer are all used under same hood.
