Note: 1. The school receives food from Alum Rock School District Warehouse daily and serves breakfast from 8:00am - 8:20 am, brunch 10:10 - 10:40 and lunch service from 11:30am -12:20 pm. Remaining hot PHFs are discarded at end of each service. 2. Food safety manager certificate: Marilia Coelho - 7/09/2027 3. According to the USDA guideline, schools serving lunch through the School Lunch program must have a written HACCP plan in place. Please keep a copy in the cafeteria.
