    Observed old rodent droppings below the beverage storage selfs within the exterior loading dock/ storage area. No droppings were observed on food items or inside of the facility at the time of inspection. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of old droppings.

    Beverage containers stored within a non-fully enclosed room behind the back of the facility. [CA] Food or food related equipment shall be stored in an approved fully enclosed food facility.

    Observed the door gaskets to be in disrepair at the walk in freezer and dairy walk in refrigerator. [CA] Replace gaskets and maintain in good repair.
