Food menus are set for a month at a time. **Facility receive food from Ocala Middle School kitchen located at 2800 Ocala Ave, San Jose CA 95148.** Facility has (2) 2-compartment sink that is directly plumbed. One sink shall be used for warewashing while the other shall be used for prepping. For the usage of prep sink, ensure to use either a container, tray, colander or some sort of equipment to store food inside while washing. Facility shall not directly place PHFs inside sink to prevent contamination. Remaining hot PHFs are discarded at end of service. Cold PHFs are serve under ice per operator. Note: Dish machine is currently not in use. Ensure area is clean at all times.
