Facility does sandwiches within the facility. Permit will be changed from a FP09 (FOOD PREP / FOOD SVC OP 0-5 EMPLOYEES RC 1) to a FP10 (FOOD PREP / FOOD SVC OP 0-5 EMPLOYEES RC 2) - Permit fees will apply in next bill cycle ($1,107.00)
Mac salads within grab and go are not properly labeled. [CA] Food prepackaged in a food facility shall bear a label with the following: 1) common name of the food, 2) list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, 3) quantity of contents, 4) name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor.
Fan guards within walk in have dust build up on them at the time of inspection. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. [COS] Fan guards were cleaned by staff at the time of inspection.
