A follow-up inspection was conducted to verify major violation from routine inspection conducted on 07/31/2025 is in compliance. K07: Potentially Hazardous Foods in the 3 door prep cooler was measured at 41 - 42 degrees Fahrenheit. K35: Refrigeration is working properly to maintain cold holding temperature at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Continue to monitor temperature of refrigeration units daily. Continue to work on violations noted on the last inspection report.
