    The cut melon was at 44 degrees F. The refrigerated minced jalapeno, ginger, etc squeezable tubes are at about 44 degrees F. The Naked drinks, etc are at approximately 44 degrees F. [CA] All of the potentially hazardous foods must be held at 41 degrees F and below. The items were moved into the walk in cooler. Adjust the refrigerators to hold PHFs no higher than 41 degrees F.

Reninspection due to rodent droppings observed at previous inspection. No rodent droppings observed during today's inspection. Pest control report mentions no activity observed. Remove old glue boards and replace with new, clean, effective boards.

    Observed the walls on the outside of the freezer to be soiled. [CA] Thoroughly clean the walls in this area. Observed the floor in the walk in deli unit to have encrusted milk particles throughout the front of the unit. [CA] Thoroughly clean the floor in the walk in unit.

    Observed the shelves in the meat department to have blood spills on most all of the liners. Observed the shelves in the deli display case to have black accumulation. [CA] Thoroughly clean and sanitize the shelves and replace the meat department shelf liners. [COS] The employees cleaned the shelves during inspection.
