Went over with the manager how to setup the dish washing sink and make a sanitizer. Spoke with the owner on the phone regarding the need to submit to plan check for the items installed such as 3 comp sink and mop sink and for the items that need to be brought up to current approval including the floor, since the change of ownership 3 years ago. We have been requesting the submittal to plan check since the ownership change. The owner stated that he will submit to plan check next week. This must be done within 7 days.

The owner was asked to go through this department plan review process since the change of ownership. According to the owner he attempted but never followed through with the process. There is a 2 compartment sink, no mop sink, new equipment brought in, unapproved freezers, appears to also have unapproved plumbing lines behind the prep unit, and unapproved floors and deteriorated walls. This list is not complete as the plan review process will confirm all needed actions. Submit the application and fees within14 days for the plan check process. According to the owner he will submit to this department today.
