NOTE: All hot foods are prepared at main commissary kitchen and then delivered hot. Logs observed to have time and temperature when the food is removed from main facility and delivered to this facility. Per operator all food is returned to the commissary at the end of lunch period to be composted. Service period ends at 12:30PM and PHFs are delivered to school at 8:30AM.

Lunch service begins at 12p. Minimum day- cold food items (sandwiches) served for lunch. Hummus sandwich, Ham/Cheese sandwich and Sunbutter and Jelly sandwiches on menu today. Per operator, if cold food is left over (i.e. sandwiches), it is donated. Potentially hazardous food (ham/cheese and hummus sandwiches) shall maintain proper cold holding 41F and below at all times when donated. Per California Retail Food Code: 114079. Returned food and re-service of food (3) When a local educational agency, pursuant to paragraph (1),makes FOOD available to pupils during the course of a regular school meal time or donates FOOD to a FOOD bank or any other NONPROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONfor distribution, the preparation, safety, and donation of FOOD shall be consistent with Section 113980.
