[CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing. Facility only has two-compartment sink for hand washing, food prep, and ware wash. Observed dirty wiping cloths inside the sink. [CA]The ware wash sink, if used to wash wiping cloths, was produce, or thaw foods, it shall be cleaned and sanitized before and after each use.
