ROUTINE INSPECTION
Hand sink in employee restroom is obstructed by a box of paper towels and a shelf. Empty soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser is not operable. [CA] Keep dispenser stocked and operable. Note- there is a hand sink directly outside the restroom that is fully stocked and operable.
Water is turned off at employee restroom hand sink. [CA] Hot and cold running water must be available at all times. Repair hand sink immediately. Note- a hand sink directly outside the restroom is fully operable and stocked.
Toilet paper not installed in the toilet paper dispenser in employee restroom. [CA] Ensure toilet paper is installed on dispenser.
Lack of quaternary test strips on site. [CA] Provide and test at 200 ppm daily.
Observed food equipment stored inside the restroom. Per chef, this equipment is no longer in use and may need to go in the trash. [CA] Remove all food related equipment out of the restroom.

Plastic to go container used as a scoop for bulk container of oatmeal. [CA] Replace with a scoop with a handle instead.
Observed food containers, food equipment (beverage dispenser) stored inside the restroom. [CA] Do not store food related equipment in the restroom.
Lack of quaternary ammonium test strips for the 3 comp sink sanitizer dispenser. [CA] Provide correct test strips for testing quaternary ammonium at 200 ppm.
