Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. Ensure hand wash stations are easily accessible and unobstructed. * Note: All PHF items measured at both three-door food preparation refrigerators measured above 41F but below 50F. Employee stated that refrigeration units were being cleaned and food was taken out temporarily. - At time of inspection, observed employee had taken apart cutting board of the preparation refrigerator across from the cook line. - Ambient temperature of both refrigeration units measured below 41F. - This Division recommends relocating PHF items into separate refrigeration units during cleaning to maintain cold holding temperatures.

[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. Women's restroom hand wash sink lacked hot water. Water measured at 81F. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
