    Observed the front handsink near the pickup window lacked a designated paper towel dispenser. A stack of napkins was located nearby. Observed uncovered clean plastic utensils stored near the front handsink. [CA] Provide a wall-mounted paper towel dispenser at the handsink. Protect clean utensils from contamination via cover/splash guard, etc. Note: PIC placed a paper towel roll next to the handsink.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

Per PIC, facility has 6 full time employees and 3 part-time employees. Facility will be upgraded to FP13. Facility is working on repairing floors in kitchen and restroom. [CA] Provide a covered paper towel dispenser at the handwash sink. Inside the small kitchen: observed food/seasoning containers were stored directly under the paper towel dispenser. [CA] Keep foods away from the paper towel dispenser to reduce chances of cross-contamination.
