Facility is selling cooked food outside in the back patio area at the time of inspection. Facility is only permitted to sell prepackaged food on site. Person in charge of back patio area is (Steven). Owner is aware of operation in the back. [CA] Cease and desist all operations, until final plan check approval has been received from this department.

Hand wash station within the restroom is missing soap at the time of inspection. [CA] Hand wash stations must be fully stocked and operational at all times. [SA] Facility went to the store to obtain soap for hand wash.
