Observed cooking equipment and hood were installed in the kitchen area; PIC stated they have a scheduled Plan Check inspection tomorrow for the new equipment. Facility will later be upgraded to risk category 2 or 3 due to food cooking/prep. Due to technical difficulties, this report will be emailed to the facility.
