    Found several meat kabobs stored in 2 door upright/walk-in-cooler near customer areas. Observed food not fully protected. Bottled beverages are available to the left of kabobs in self-service area. [CA] Food on display shall be protected from contamination by the use of packaging, counter, service line, or sneeze guards that intercept a direct line between the consumer's mouth and the food being displayed, containers with tight-fitting securely attached lids, display cases, mechanical dispensers, or other effective means.

    Found a few flies near the cooks line. Observed front door opened during inspection. [CA] Each food facility shall be free of pest such as flies. Provide approved pest control services.

Measured the following PHFs holding between 45F - 48F in 2 door upright/walk-in-cooler: chicken kabob, ground beef kabob and chicken with vegetables kabob. Per operator, PHFs placed in unit for less than 4 hours. [CA] Maintain all PHFs cold held at or below 41F.
