The restroom lacks a paper towel dispenser and had no paper towels available. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. [SA] Staff placed a roll paper towel for use.

Second Repeat Violation: Old rodent droppings were observed under shelf of candy. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of old droppings.

Observed cardboard being used to line shelves of refrigeration units. [CA] Discontinue the use of cardboard boxes to line shelves/, use approved equipment made of materials that is easily cleanable, durable, smooth, and nonabsorbent.

Back of house area is unorganized and cluttered. [CA] Storage room shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used.

*REPEAT VIOLATION* Observed old rodent droppings on the shelf of laundry detergent and in the rear shelves in the back of house area. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of old droppings.
