    Found several containers of PHFs mislabled with time at the service line: sliced cheese, sliced tomatoes, shredded cheese and sliced ham. Per operator, time as a public health (TPHC) sticker was just marked. Observed time marker indicating end time at 14:00. Time is marked incorrectly. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. [COS] Operator directed to remove all time sticker that was just posted and replaced it with time indicating 13:00.
