    The cold water valve was determined to be stuck open and unable to close resulting in the maximum water temperature at the three compartment sink to reach 114F. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair. Ensure the three compartment sink is able to provide a minimum water temperature of 120F. *Note: Hot water was available at other sinks in the facility (127F at the restroom handwashing sink and 123F at the warewashing hand washing sink).
