Observed liquor bottles stored directly in ice that is meant for human consumption. [corrective action] Do not store bottles directly in ice that is meant for consumption to prevent potential cross contamination. Remove the bottles. [correction] Bottles were removed and stored in a stainless steel pan.

Hand sink at the bar was lacking a hand soap dispenser. Per owner, a new dispenser will be installed next week. [corrective action] Hand soap must always be available. Provide dispenser with hand soap. [correction] Owner obtained an extra dispenser from the kitchen.

Observed heavy accumulation of soda syrup on the floor under bar. [corrective action] Thoroughly clean the floor. Debris and residue also found below and behind equipment at the bar. Remove equipment to perform thorough cleaning.

Heavy grime build up at the bottom of the keg refrigerator. [corrective action] Thoroughly clean the interior of this refrigerator.

Chlorine sanitizer from the dishwasher measured 25 PPM. [corrective action] Adjust/repair the dishwasher so that equipment can have a final chlorine rinse of 50 PPM.
