    In the bar area, at the 3 door undercounter refrigerator, measured containers of orange and grapefruit juices at 48F. [CA] Ensure potentially hazardous food are held cold at 41F and below. [COS] Operator moved containers of orange and grapefruit juices to nearby refrigeration to facilitate proper holding temperatures.
