There also are some damaged floor tiles in front of the walk-in cooler. [CA] To prevent insect/rodent infestation, please replace the damaged ceiling panels and seal the holes immediately. The damaged floor tiles must be replaced immediately as well.

The janitorial sink is completely blocked by biles of beverage boxes. [CA] Clear the access to the janitorial sink. There is a gap between the screen door and the concrete floor in the back door. [CA] To prevent insect/rodent infestation, please install a weatherstripping on the screen door.

Repeated violation: There was no paper towel supply on the restroom's handwash sink. [CA] Refill the wall-mounted paper towel dispenser immediately. Until the wall-mounted paper towel dispenser is refilled, a roll-type paper supply may be used. The person in charge provided a roll-type paper towel (SA).

Observed several dried rodent droppings on the back of the large liquor rack in the storage room. [corrective action] Remove the droppings and wipe surface with sanitizer. Monitor this area for any new rodent droppings. Obtain pest control service if new rodent droppings are found.
