FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Note: This is a follow-up inspection to the routine inspection that was conducted on 12/26/24. The facility was issued a conditional pass for failing to keep potentially hazardous food on safe temperature zone and for the lack of supplies in the handwash station located by the three compartment warewash sink. During today's follow-up inspection, the two major violations and many of the minor violations are found to be in compliance. Therefore, the facility is issued a pass green placard.

    The handwash sink located by the three compartment warewash sink area is not working. [CA] Repair the handwash sink immediately. Until the back handwash sink is repaired, employees must wash their hand in the front counter's handwash sink whenever necessary (SA).

    There was not a functional prob thermometer to measure the internal temperature of the cold and hot food products. [CA] Provide an approved prob type thermometer and use it with a regular calibration and sanitization.
