    Portioned containers of pasta salad, tray of portioned cups of hamburger vegetable settings (lettuce, pickle, sliced tomato), and tray of milk maintained inside the two-door upright refrigerator at the side service area of the cafeteria measured between 50F to 55F. Ambient temperature of the refrigerator measured at 52F via probe thermometer placed inside. Thermostat outside of the refrigerator displayed a temperature of 50F. Thermometer placed inside the refrigerator, intended for use for hot holding units, display a temperature slightly above 50F, with 50F being the minimum. Employee stated that all items were placed inside and/or prepared in the morning less than 2 hours prior. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] All PHF items were relocated into separate refrigerators to immediately cool.
