Follow up due to major hot water violation. Upon inspection: -Hot water measured to be 100F in 3-comp sink. -Facility may start serving open foods again. Major violations have been corrected continue to work on violations.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Walls in back room area by 2 upright freezer observed to have large holes and holes where shelves are attached to wall. [CA] Repair walls and maintain in good condition.
Facility measured to have 67F hot water in all sinks. [CA] Maintain water at 120F or above.[COS] Facility shall cease and desist all sales of open foods due to no hot water to properly wash hands and dishes. Facility may continue to retail repackaged foods. Facility shall repair and provide hot water within 24-hours or further enforcement may occur.
Creamer and milk dispensers observed to have tube longer than 1 inch left protruding. Dispensing tube observed to be cut horizontally [CA] Bulk milk container dispensing tubes not cut diagonally so as to leave no more than 1 inch protruding from the chilled dispensing head.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
