    1. Donut holder in the back of the facility is no longer in use. [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. 2. Weather strip in back emergency exit is damaged. [CA] Make repairs to weather strip.

    Dust noted on the fan guards of the walk in. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

    Mop sink is clogged at the time of inspection. Per PIC, this has just happened and was working fine earlier. [CA] Mop water shall be disposed of in the janitorial sink or toilet facility. [SA] Mop water will be thrown into the toilet until contractor comes and addresses the issue.

    1. Floor sinks and floor within room next to restroom has heavy debris build up at the time of inspection. [CA] Clean/sanitize the room area. 2. Floor under the soda dispensers in the back of the facility is damaged and syrup from the dispensers is on the floor. [CA] The floor surfaces shall be smooth, of durable construction, and of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Clean this area regularly. 3. Floors within the restroom are damaged.
