    A tray of chicken wraps was out on a prep table while employees serving breakfast. [CA] They must be kept refrigerate after prep at 41 degrees F and below. [COS] The employee put them into the refrigerator after discussing the need for PHFs to be kept at proper temperatures. The refrigerator on the far left is not holding food 41 degrees F and below. The shredded cheese tested at 45 degrees F, sliced cheese at 44 F, the pizza at 43 F, and the nuggets were thawing and at 41 degrees F. [CA] All PHF must be held at 41 degrees F and below. [COS] The employee moved all of the PHF to the properly working refrigerator to hold 41 degrees F and below.
